Perfect Valentine for Young Children

What a lovely, reassuring tale for young children! The simple prose and illustrations, cut-out heart and pockets make this a fun read/activity for young children. When mom's away, her kisses and love can be stored away in a pocket! The author is definitely a mom -- her nurturing and love comes across on each page. Will definitely be giving copies of this sweet book to all the young children on my Valentine's Day list! A keeper we've enjoyed again and again!

Meh -- just okay.

These where just "meh" okay. I prefer printing down the free lunchbox notes off Pinterest etc. because they're nicer looking and there's far more variety. These just weren't anything special. I would not buy again.

A must for any mom and child!

Any mom knows that being away from your child is heartbreaking no matter what the circumstance. No mother wants to miss out on a single moment, good or bad. Unfortunately, sometimes life takes us moms away. Thanks to the author's creativity, we not only can tell our children we are never that far away but they can actually hold the adorable punch-out heart in their hands and bring their kisses wherever they go. Magically, the message in this book manages to turn a heart-shaped piece of cardboard into something very special. After reading this book to my daughter, who is adjusting to not having her "stay at home" mommy around as much, she took her kisses to third grade. My kisses secretly went to my six year-old's first sleepover as well. This book is helping me adjust as much as I know it is helping them.
